i need your advice. i'm introducing my boyfriend to a lot of my friends from school at a party this weekend, but i'm insecure and fear he will look at them and see them as better than me (as i regard them to be already), and maybe even like some of them better. how should i go about getting over this insecurity? my best friend is so pretty and likable and i simply can't compete, but i truly just want to have a good time. any advice? asked by Anonymous

If you trust him enough to bring him around your friends, you should trust him enough to not fuck you over. Honestly, if he likes you enough to be with you, then there’s a pretty good chance that he’s gonna stick by you. And if he doesn’t, then he really wasn’t worth it in the first place. You should never be afraid of bringing the person you care about around your friends - like I said, if he likes you enough to date you, he should like you enough to stay faithful. I really hope the party goes well, you should tell me how it went when its over! :3 have fun xox
